Colortrac Technical Support

Our purpose is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers and resellers. We provide resources here to help you optimise the performance of your scanning or copying system.

In the first instance all customers should contact their supplier for support.

Customers may obtain technical support by telephone at 01480 464618 or by email to support@colortrac.com. The Colortrac Customer Support desk is available Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00 GMT.

Customers in the USA may obtain technical support by viewing the USA Support website.

We can provide spare parts for most generations of Colortrac, ANAtech and Tangent scanners which are no longer covered by warranty. If you need service or spares for these products, contact us and we will do our best to support you.
